What Do We Mean By British-Made?
At Harradine's Country, we're committed to supporting British manufacturing.
When we say our collection is 100% British-made, we mean that every finished product we sell is manufactured, assembled, or substantially transformed here in the UK.
That doesn't necessarily mean that every raw material originates here (although many do). Some materials simply aren't produced at scale in the UK — silk and cotton are good examples.
Rather than exclude beautiful, well-made products because their raw materials come from elsewhere, we look at where the finished product is made and the craftsmanship, skills and manufacturing involved in bringing it to life.
Where British materials are available, we actively look for them. That's why you'll find products made with British wool, English bridle leather and other locally sourced materials within our collection.

We are always happy to answer questions about the provenance of our products. If we don't know the answer, we will find out from our trusted independent suppliers.
For us, it's always been about putting British manufacturing first, being honest about provenance, and making it easier for you to understand where the things you buy have been made.
