Shipping policy

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery is £3.99, or free for orders £30 and over. Orders placed with standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and should arrive 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) from dispatch.

Express delivery is £5.50, or free for orders £50 and over. Orders placed with express delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and should arrive 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) from dispatch.

Our usual order processing time is up to 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) from your order being accepted, provided all items in your order are in-stock. This processing time can take significantly longer over the Christmas / New Year period. Please see our website for Christmas last order dates and closing dates.

 

Orders That Include Pre-Order Items

If your order includes an item(s) that is on pre-order, we will set aside the other items in your order, and send you your entire order once the pre-order item(s) has arrived.

If you wish to receive the rest of your order sooner, please place a separate order for your pre-order item(s).
