Our brooches and hat pins are perfect for adding a little country flair to your outfit. Try them with tweed for a complete raceday look, or with jeans and a shirt for a refined everyday outfit.
What materials are used in your brooches and hat pins?

Product-specific materials information is available on the individual product page. Our feather brooches and hat pins are made with feathers from licensed UK game shoots, where they are effectively a waste product and would otherwise be discarded. Some of the feathers may also come from natural shedding from private collections. We do not stock products that use plastic / faux feathers, or feathers that are not a by-product or waste-product.
Are these pieces suitable for hats, coats, and knitwear

These accessories can be pinned to many different types of clothing, including fedoras, flat caps, jackets, shirts and more. Please note that some materials, such as waxed cotton and some knitwear, can be damaged by a pin. We don't recommend attaching our pins to waterproof garments as the pinhole can affect the material's waterproofing capabilities.
